Alexandria Venegas, Reporter

I am Alexandria Venegas, from Purcell High School. This town is really big fans when it comes to football. One of many eventful football games, is homecoming. Last year's homecoming game was against the Lexington Bulldogs. There would be a lot of comments stating that it wasn't a very fair game. It was said that they made horrible flags on the Dragons plays. For the most part the game was a tie until after half time. The Purcell Dragons lost on homecoming and even though they lost it was still homecoming; so all the high schoolers went back to the high school to enjoy pizza and soda. The homecoming dance was in the gym while they also played a movie in the commons. As you entered you pay five dollars and they were given glow sticks. Everyone that went had a great time. The dance ended around midnight. everyone went home to enjoy their weekend. I later hope hope to do more reports on sports, whether it's football, basketball, track, or cross country.
